Arrest in Ticino for Allegedly Bad Loans

The police in Ticino have arrested a 44-year-old man on suspicion of financial crimes. The man is accused of taking out loans that he knew he would never be able to repay, and using the money to finance a luxurious lifestyle. He is also accused of making false statements in order to obtain a 400,000 Swiss francs coronavirus loan. The suspect is a foreign national with a residence in the Lugano region and is facing charges of fraud, fraudulent bankruptcy, forgery and money laundering.nnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn
