Kuehne+Nagel CEO Paul will earn a total salary of CHF 3.5 million in 2023

Kuehne+Nagel CEO Stefan Paul earned a total of around CHF 3.5 million in the past financial year 2023. This is according to the annual report published on Friday. His salary is therefore only slightly lower than in the previous year.
Paul's salary consists of a basic salary of CHF 1.2 million, a variable remuneration component of around CHF 1.6 million and other components such as the share plan.
The other members of the Executive Board received combined salaries of CHF 16.3 million. The members of the Board of Directors together received compensation amounting to CHF 4.6 million. Around 2.0 million of this was paid to Chairman of the Board Jörg Wolle and around 0.8 million to company patron Klaus-Michael Kühne.
