Former "Magazin" editor Anuschka Roshani has won a partial victory at the Zurich labor court. The court overturned Roshani's dismissal. The editor had accused her superior of sexual harassment and bullying.

However, the court rejected Roshani's request for a declaration of legal violations and a request for compensation, as the Zurich District Court announced on Friday.

The long-standing "Magazin" editor made serious allegations against her superior in an internal complaint. He is said to have systematically sexually harassed, discriminated against and bullied her. "Magazin" belongs to the Zurich-based publishing house Tamedia. Roshani was dismissed in September 2022.

The decision of the labor court is not yet legally binding. It can be appealed to the High Court of the Canton of Zurich.
