Man dies in Burgdorf after an altercation

A man was fatally injured in an altercation in Burgdorf on Wednesday. The Bern cantonal police were able to apprehend the alleged perpetrator, as they reported.
The man succumbed to his injuries at the scene despite immediate rescue measures, as the police wrote in a statement.
After a brief search, the police were able to stop and provisionally arrest the suspected perpetrator.
