Swiss Smartphone Customers Frustrated by Roaming Rates

Swiss consumers are generally satisfied with their mobile phone subscriptions and prepaid offers, according to a survey conducted by Moneyland and the market research institute Ipsos. However, they are dissatisfied with the long cancellation periods, roaming prices, and promotions. Younger customers are more dissatisfied than older customers. The survey found that customers are most satisfied with the quality of calls, billing, mobile internet, network quality, network coverage, and the friendliness of staff. Swisscom was the top provider among the three major providers, but the cheaper offers of M-Budget Mobile and Wingo (both with Swisscom network) scored even better.nnnn
