The Average Monthly Premium for Young Adults

In 2024, the average monthly premium for young adults aged 19 to 25 will increase according to the Swiss Federal Office of Public Health (BAG). The premium will rise by 23.80 francs or 8.6 percent to 300.60 francs. However, there are large differences between the cantons. This increase is expected to help young adults access better health care and insurance coverage.
