In the canton of Vaud, there have been significant changes in the composition of the National Council. The SP, SVP and Centre parties have each gained a seat, while the FDP, Greens and Green Liberals have each lost a seat. The 19 seats in the canton of Vaud are now distributed as follows: six for the SP (2019: 5), four for the SVP (3), four for the FDP (5), three for the Greens (4), one for the Green Liberals (2) and one for the Centre (0). The extreme left has again failed to return to the National Council. Voter turnout was around 40 percent.
The canton of Vaud has seen a shift in the composition of the National Council, with the SP, SVP and Centre parties each gaining a seat, while the FDP, Greens and Green Liberals have each lost a seat.
