The weather showed its summery side on Tuesday. In some regions, temperatures even rose to over 30 degrees.
In the Valais canton capital of Sion, 30.6 degrees were measured. The thermometer in Lucerne also climbed to 30.6 degrees in the afternoon, as the weather service Meteonews wrote on X. The lowest temperature of 2.6 degrees was measured on the Jungfraujoch.
According to the weather services, temperatures of 28 to 32 degrees are expected again on Wednesday. Due to Sahara dust, visibility will be slightly cloudy.
