Trains between Aarau and Lenzburg are running again without restrictions

The restriction on rail traffic on the line between Olten SO and Zurich HB has been lifted. The section between Aarau and Lenzburg AG was affected on Wednesday morning. According to SBB, the reason was a technical fault.
Delays and occasional cancellations are still to be expected, SBB announced on X (formerly Twitter) on Wednesday. The restriction lasted just under an hour and was resolved shortly after 08:00. The IC1, IC3, IC5, IC8, IR35, IR37 and S23 lines were affected.
