Unknown persons blow up cash machine in Hünibach BE

Unknown persons blew up an ATM in Hünibach (municipality of Hilterfingen BE) on Monday night. The Bern cantonal police confirmed a report by "20 Minuten".
Due to the ongoing police operation, traffic on the right bank of Lake Thun was still affected on Monday morning, according to a spokesperson. He did not provide any further details at first.
At the weekend, unknown persons had already blown up an ATM in Rossens FR and then fled the scene. Shortly afterwards, unknown persons also attempted to rob an ATM in Montagny-près-Yverdon VD.
