17-year-old found dead in the canton of Vaud

A 17-year-old Tunisian man was found dead on the side of the road in Aclens, Vaud, on Wednesday night. The circumstances of his death are unclear. However, the police currently suspect an accident as the cause.
A witness informed police headquarters at around 1.30 a.m. about a person lying on the side of the road in the industrial district of Aclens, the Vaud cantonal police reported on Wednesday. The emergency services quickly arrived on the scene and were only able to determine that the young man had died.
The public prosecutor's office has launched an investigation to clarify the circumstances of the death. The police are appealing for witnesses. According to the police, the victim is a Tunisian national with no fixed abode.
