23-year-old allegedly killed a 38-year-old woman in the city of Zurich

The Zurich cantonal police arrested a 23-year-old Swiss man in the city of Zurich on Monday. He is alleged to have killed a 38-year-old Dominican woman two days earlier, the police announced on Tuesday.
According to the report, members of the Zurich City Police checked an apartment in District 6 at around 7.30 p.m. on Saturday evening. They discovered a lifeless woman showing signs of violence.
The suspect was arrested in District 4 on Monday and handed over to the public prosecutor's office for serious violent crime. Investigations into the course of the crime and the reasons for it are ongoing.
