31-year-old from Zurich fatally crashed in Ponte Brolla TI

A 31-year-old climber fell to his death on Saturday in Ponte Brolla near Locarno TI. He had been reported missing in the evening after a day of climbing with friends.
During the search, the rescue teams came across the lifeless body in a rock face in the Quarzader area at 9.45 p.m., the Ticino cantonal police announced on Sunday. According to initial findings, the Swiss national, who lives in the canton of Zurich, had fallen while walking back along a path.
