An aviation accident occurred in the Bernese municipality of Rüderswil in the Emmental on Monday afternoon. The Bern cantonal police confirmed an incident, but no further information was initially available.
A police spokesperson was initially unable to provide any information about the course of the accident or any victims on Monday afternoon. No reliable information was yet available.
The news portal 20minuten.ch reported on a police, ambulance and fire department operation in a field near the village of Zollbrück. A picture showed a biplane lying on its back. It was an airplane for two passengers.
