Andrin Monstein Will Run for the St. Gallen GLP in the Council of States

The GLP St. Gallen has unanimously nominated 31-year-old Kantonsrat Andrin Monstein for the Ständeratswahl. Monstein is running for both the National and Ständerat elections on October 22nd. He has been a member of the Kantonsrat since 2020 and is the Vice President of the Kantonalpartei. Monstein works as a Sustainability Manager for a Swiss insurance company. He will be running against the two incumbents Esther Friedli (SVP) and Benedikt Würth (Mitte), as well as Arber Bullakaj (SP), Meret Grob (Green), Patrick Jetzer (Aufrecht Schweiz) and Oskar Seger (FDP).
