Another 224 Swiss Returned Home by Special Flight

The Swiss airline has completed its third special flight from Tel Aviv to Zurich, carrying 212 adults and children and 12 babies. A fourth evacuation flight is scheduled for Friday, departing Zurich at 11am and arriving back at 8.20pm. Regular flights to Tel Aviv have been suspended until at least October 22nd for security reasons, and tickets for flights between October 23rd and 31st are not currently being sold.
Swiss airline has been running special flights from Tel Aviv to Zurich in order to evacuate people from the region. The third flight arrived on Thursday evening at 9.04pm, carrying 212 adults and children and 12 babies. Three seats were left empty due to last minute cancellations. A fourth evacuation flight is scheduled for Friday, departing Zurich at 11am and arriving back at 8.20pm. The plane will be an Airbus A321neo with 215 seats.
In addition, regular flights to Tel Aviv have been suspended until at least October 22nd for security reasons. Tickets for flights between October 23rd and 31st are not currently being sold. The airline has stated that the suspension is for safety reasons and will be extended if necessary.
