A 28-year-old Swiss man filmed underage boys urinating in the toilet of a shopping center in the Zurich lowlands on several occasions. The District Court of Bülach ZH sentenced him to a conditional prison sentence of 14 months.

The trial on Tuesday was held in summary proceedings. The accused confessed and accepted the prosecution's proposed sentence. In addition to the secret filming, the man, who lives in the canton of Thurgau, was also charged with possession of child pornography.

He only has to serve the 14-month prison sentence if he commits another offense within the probationary period of two years.

The court also issued a lifelong ban on professional and non-professional activities that involve regular contact with minors.

The judgment is not yet legally binding. However, due to the abbreviated proceedings, the options for an appeal to the High Court are severely limited.
