Despite the ongoing integration of Credit Suisse into UBS and the planned job cuts, both banks are still looking for personnel. The number of job postings on their respective websites is currently lower than in the spring. At the beginning of September, UBS listed 132 job postings and Credit Suisse 156. This is according to an analysis of the job portal Indeed. Indeed records the job postings of the banks on their websites in Switzerland for the news agency AWP. Compared to the previous month, the number of open positions at UBS has increased by about one fifth. At Credit Suisse, it has decreased by 6 percent. However, in the spring, when the takeover of Credit Suisse by UBS had just been announced, UBS was looking for significantly more personnel than currently. At that time, around 230 positions were advertised. The situation is similar with the other major banks in Switzerland: after the summer holidays, they have slightly intensified their search for personnel. The number of job postings cumulatively advertised by the ten largest banks has increased by 2.1 percent. However, there are still about 10 percent fewer job postings than in April or May. Currently, the Raiffeisen Group has the most job postings with 208 job postings. Contrary to the industry trend, there are currently significantly more job postings to be found there than in the spring.nnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn
