On Friday, a 69-year-old man from Spain, living in Austria, died in a hiking accident in Oberwald VS. He was hiking with four other people on the Furkapass from Tällistock towards Gross Muttenhorn when he fell around 200 meters over steep, rocky terrain at an altitude of 2850 meters. The accident occurred at 12.30 pm on the Westgrat of Gross Muttenhorn. An investigation has been launched to determine the exact circumstances of the accident.nnnnnnnn
