The left-wing candidate and member of the SP in Geneva, Halima Delimi, received 23,687 votes, according to figures from the French Ministry of the Interior.

Ferracci was "proud and honored" to be re-elected, as he wrote on the X platform. From Monday, he will be at work defending the French and moving the country forward.

"In the French community in Switzerland, the social democratic left has good chances," Delimi wrote on X. Her party remains "mobilized for ecology and social justice*.
