Helvetic announces summer flight schedule with a new destination

The airline Helvetic is offering a total of seven destinations from Zurich and/or Bern for next summer. Apart from the mainland destination of Hurghada in Egypt, the airline will only be offering island flights in its summer timetable.

In addition to Crete, Kos, Cyprus, Rhodes and Palma de Mallorca, Helvetic will be flying to Djerba in Tunisia once a week from Bern from June, as the airline announced on Wednesday. According to the press release, Helvetic will be stationing an Embraer aircraft with pilots and cabin crew as well as a maintenance team at Bern-Belp Airport this summer. Helvetic's aircraft will also fly from Zurich to Heraklion, Larnaca and Kos, as well as to Hurghada.
