In the canton of Neuchâtel, the Greens may lose their seat in the Council of States. This is indicated by the counting of 16 out of 27 municipalities. The incumbent FDP Council of States member Philippe Bauer is expected to be re-elected. The incumbent Green Council of States member Céline Vara would be defeated by Baptiste Hurni (SP).
