Limited Ticket Purchase at SBB

On Monday morning, SBB passengers were unable to purchase tickets due to a technical malfunction. The malfunction began at 6.45am and ticket purchases were only possible in a very limited capacity. By 7.45am, ticket purchases were available again at the counter, ticket machines, from the train personnel and via the SBB website. The SBB app was still affected by the malfunction in the morning, but passengers were able to purchase tickets at the counter, ticket machines or from the train personnel. The SBB was working hard to fix the issue and the cause was being investigated. The train service was not affected by the malfunction and the trains were running on time.nnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn
