A major police operation took place in the center of Interlaken BE on Tuesday evening. The Bernese cantonal police confirmed corresponding media reports at the request of the Keystone-SDA news agency. No further details have been released for the time being.
The online portal of the daily newspaper "20 Minuten" first reported on the operation. In a video published on the portal, several police cars and vans from the Bern cantonal police and two ambulances can be seen parked in front of a building next to a hotel in the center of Interlaken.
