An 18-year-old motorcyclist died at the scene of a collision with two other vehicles in Geneva early on Monday evening. The occupants of the two cars involved were uninjured, according to the Geneva cantonal police.

According to the police, this was the eighth fatality on Geneva's roads in 2024.

The young man was traveling in the direction of Vernier GE when he first collided with a car that had just entered the road. The motorcyclist then collided with another car coming from the opposite direction. In the second collision, the 18-year-old was thrown to the ground, as the police reported on Tuesday.
