Real estate manager and Swiss Life subsidiary Livit with a new boss

The real estate company Livit, a subsidiary of the Swiss Life insurance group, is getting a new CEO. Beatrice Lifart will take over the role at the beginning of May.
The 57-year-old Lifart joined Livit in 2000 as Head of Human Resources, as the company announced on Wednesday evening. As deputy CEO and member of the Executive Board, she brings many years of experience and a convincing track record for her future tasks, it said.
Livit manages a real estate portfolio of 187,000 rental apartments and 3.2 million square meters of commercial space. According to the company, which employs over 650 people, the properties under its management have a total value of CHF 54.2 billion.
