SBB gets a new head of human resources

SBB will have a new Head of Human Resources in June 2025: Adi Bucher will take over from Markus Jordi and become a member of the Group Executive Board.
This was announced by SBB on Thursday. Jordi was a member of the Group Executive Board for 17 years. He will take over as Chairman of the Board of the University of Applied Sciences of Northwestern Switzerland. In addition, Head of Infrastructure Peter Kummer will relinquish his position at his own request at the end of May, according to the press release.
The future Head of Human Resources Adi Bucher is now Head of Human Resources and Organizational Development at Basellandschaftliche Kantonalbank. The 47-year-old studied work and organizational psychology at the University of Bern and completed a Master's degree in Human Resources Leadership at the Zurich School of Economics.
