Starlink satellite entered the atmosphere over Switzerland

According to the German Federal Office of Civil Protection and Disaster Assistance (BBK), a satellite belonging to the private US space company SpaceX was visible in southern Germany and entered the Earth's atmosphere over Switzerland.
A spokeswoman for the Federal Office told the news agency dpa that the Federal Armed Forces Space Situational Awareness Center had passed this information on to the BBK. On Tuesday evening, police in various cities in Baden-Württemberg received calls from citizens who had observed a fire in the sky. Such calls were received by the police headquarters in Ravensburg, Constance and Stuttgart, for example, according to their spokespersons.
