Ten-kilometer traffic jam also on the San Bernardino route

The San Bernardino route of the A13 was also barely able to cope with the large volume of traffic on Ascension Day. Shortly before midday, a traffic jam ten kilometers long formed between Chur-Nord and Bonaduz GR.
This resulted in a time loss of one hour, as the Touring Club of Switzerland (TCS) announced on the short message service X. The San Bernardino route had been recommended as an alternative route for the congested Gotthard route. The traffic jam there grew to a length of 16 kilometers on Thursday afternoon.
