Ticino police arrest minor after “punitive action”

The Ticino police have arrested several minors and an 18-year-old. They are said to have used social networks to lure people looking for sexual encounters. The dates then turned into real "punitive actions".
This was announced by the Ticino cantonal police and the juvenile prosecutor's office on Friday. The minors are between 14 and 17 years old. They are accused of various offenses: grievous bodily harm, assault, coercion, robbery, deprivation of liberty and extortion.
