Train line from Lugano TI to Zurich and Basel interrupted

Bad news for Easter returnees: train services on the Bellinzona - Erstfeld line between Faido TI and Airolo TI were interrupted on Monday night due to the risk of avalanches. The connections from Lugano TI to Zurich and Basel were affected.
The interruption should last until around 8.00 a.m. Monday morning, as the rail information service Railinfo announced on Monday night via "X". The IC2 (Lugano - Zurich), IC21 (Lugano - Basel), EC, IR26, IR46 and S10 lines were affected. Delays, cancellations and detour were to be expected.
