Two-year-old girl falls to her death in Seltisberg BL

A two-year-old girl fell eight meters from the window of a property in Seltisberg BL on Tuesday evening. She did not survive the fall, as the Basel police announced on Wednesday.
According to the police, the girl was in the living room, where she climbed up to a window and fell. The mother was probably in another room of the apartment at the time of the accident, they say.
For reasons of privacy, the police are not providing any further details.
