Two young people are the victims of the violence in Ittigen BE

The identities of the two victims of a violent dispute in Ittigen near Bern on Friday last week have been established. They are a 23-year-old Colombian woman and a 23-year-old Spaniard. The police are still searching intensively for a fugitive involved in the crime.
According to the information available so far, it must be assumed that the wanted man is directly connected to the crime, the Bern cantonal police announced on Friday. Intensive search measures for the man are still underway.
Early on Friday morning last week, an argument broke out in an apartment building in Ittigen. On the scene, the emergency services found a seriously injured man on the sidewalk and two seriously injured women were discovered in the house.
The injured were taken to hospital in a critical condition. The Spaniard and the Colombian woman died there. According to the police, they both lived in the canton of Bern.
