Uri High Court rejects appeal on lake filling

The canton of Uri was right to exclude a provider when awarding the lake filling contract. The Uri High Court has therefore dismissed the appeal of the excluded bidder, but has also criticized the canton of Uri.
The reason for the criticism is that the canton had already concluded the contract with the winning bidder before being notified of the exclusion. This does not comply with the requirements of public procurement law, the Supreme Court announced on Friday. However, as the content of the exclusion was correct, this had no impact in the specific case.
