Swiss Hearing Aid Business Misenso Acquired by Neuroth Group

Swiss Hearing Aid Firm Misenso, owned By Migros Group is to be sold to a Swiss ear specialist firm.

Swiss Hearing Aid business Misenso, a Migros subsidiary founded in 2020, has been sold to the Austrian Neuroth Group. This transaction is part of Migros’ strategic streamlining efforts. After announcing a new head of Migros bank last week.

Neuroth Group, which operates 85 hearing centers in Switzerland and Liechtenstein, will continue to run Misenso’s 25 specialty stores at their current locations. The Federation of Migros Cooperatives announced this on Tuesday, though financial details of the deal remain undisclosed.

The acquisition includes Misenso’s 200 employees and its management, ensuring continuity for Misenso’s customers. Neuroth’s Swiss headquarters is in Zug, while its Group headquarters is in Graz.
