New job for ex-Migros boss Fabrice Zumbrunnen: He will become CEO of the hotel and private clinic group Aevis Victoria on May 1, 2024.

The current CEO and company founder Antoine Hubert will oversee the transition and be proposed for election as Chairman of the Board of Directors at the 2025 Annual General Meeting, as detailed in a press release on Tuesday. The current Chairman of the Board of Directors, Christian Wenger, will then step down.

Following his departure from the top of Migros, Zumbrunnen joined the Board of Directors of Swiss Medical Network (SMN) and MRH Switzerland, Aevis’ two most important holdings, in June 2023.

He is responsible for the “Viva-Réseau de l’Arc”, Switzerland’s first integrated healthcare network, which was launched by the Canton of Bern, the Visana insurance group and SMN.
