Galaxus claims they are increasing their logistics network. Galaxus, a top Swiss online retailer, is intensifying efforts to establish its Swiss logistics sites in Rafz and Utzenstorf.

With its current facilities at Wohlen/Dintikon reaching maximum capacity and the scarcity of suitable construction sites in Switzerland, Galaxus eyes the German town of Neuenburg am Rhein as its third logistics center. This move aims to enhance storage capacity for Swiss and European markets.

The new center, which will take an estimated 3 years to complete, will have a capacity similar to the Wohlen site and around 90,000 m2 of space.

The new site’s location is also logistically advantageous, aligning with existing transportation routes. Many products Galaxus sells enter Europe through significant ports and are already transported through Germany.
