Implenia expands its portfolio with new projects, strengthening its presence in the construction sector with a CHF 240 million boost.

The Construction group Implenia has landed various contracts. The new projects come from Switzerland, Germany and Sweden and are worth a total of around CHF 240 million.

Implenia is building two high-performance data centers for data center provider Green in Dielsdorf, the company announced on Monday.

Implenia will also be the total contractor for a residential development for a pension fund in the canton of Zurich. The project will start in April 2024 and is expected to last until summer 2027.

In Germany, the project involves the construction of a sustainable commercial building in Karlsruhe city center.

In Sweden, the Zurich-based company is planning a railroad tunnel in the north of the country for a new connection between Umea and Lulea.
