The Swiss Department of Defense, Protection of the Population and Sport (VBS) announced on Tuesday that large Super Puma helicopters are ready for use. They are being deployed in the fire area of Bitsch and Ried-Mörel near Brig, according to the tweet. According to the Swiss Army website, they have 15 of these transport helicopters, which can carry two pilots and eighteen soldiers, or transport material and water containers.
