“Mushroom Picker Found Dead in Curtina TI”

On Friday morning, the body of a 57-year-old Swiss man was found in the woods above Curtina TI. He had been reported missing the previous evening after not returning from mushroom picking. The alarm was raised at around 7pm on Thursday. The body was found at a slippery spot, about 20 meters away from the path. The cause of death is currently under investigation. The search was conducted by the Cantonal Police, the City Police of Lugano, the Swiss Alpine Rescue (SAS) and the Rega.nnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn
