Truck Driver in Aadorf TG Killed by Collapsing Wall

A 36-year-old Swiss truck driver died in a workplace accident in Aadorf TG on Saturday. According to the Thurgau Cantonal Police, the man was attempting to fill his truck with gravel when a supporting wall of the gravel pit collapsed and struck him. The accident occurred at around 1pm. The man was so severely injured that he died at the scene. Firefighters assisted with the recovery efforts. The circumstances of the accident are being investigated by the police.
