Spineart secures a pivotal CHF20 million in convertible financing

Spineart has successfully raised over CHF20 million through convertible financing, marking the company’s innovation and success in spinal surgery. This financial infusion comes right after the successful enrolment in the BAGUERA® C IDE studies. According to their press release.

Jerome Trividic, the CEO of Spineart, expressed immense satisfaction with this financial round’s closure. He noted the exceptional support from both existing shareholders and new investors.

Offering Spineart’s promising future, especially with its BAGUERA® C cervical disc prosthesis.

The funds will fuel several initiatives, including novel technology investments, ongoing patient follow-ups in the BAGUERA® C IDE studies, and infrastructure expansion.

Notably, Spineart is on track to complete a new 43,000sqft manufacturing facility near Geneva by the end of 2024.

Additionally, a state-of-the-art R&D and Training Center in Dallas, Texas, is set to open this summer, further solidifying Spineart’s position at the forefront of spinal surgery innovation.
